All sculptures are one of a kind. The description, photos and measurements are as accurate as possible. If you would like additional pictures of the piece, please email and make a request before placing your order. If you have any questions, please send an email before buying to ensure the piece is what you are looking for.

If you wish to return a sculpture, please email to arrange for the return of the sculpture within 14 days of delivery. The cost and condition of returned sculptures are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be packaged in the original box and have all packaging reapplied using the same method in which it arrived as they are delicate and require careful packing and protection. The sculpture must be sent back with full tracking and insurance, and must be signed for. A full refund minus postage fees will be issued on receipt of the returned sculpture, providing it has been damaged in transit.

Sculptures and faeries are carefully packed and sent in a sturdy box.

All sculptures are sent through New Zealand Post with full insurance & tracking. Large sculptures are sent with full tracking. Smaller sculptures are only tracked at major points. If your sculpture is under $200 NZD and you would like full tracking please email for a new shipping quote before purchasing. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your sculpture has been sent.

Items delivered outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes. These are charged at destination and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Please contact your local customs office before purchasing if you are concerned. Please only make a purchase if you are prepared to pay additional fees upon delivery.
